Post Disaster Investigation Tools
If you are an IBHS Post Disaster Investigation participant, you will need to install the Pendragon Forms client application software onto your desktop/notebook and handheld device before you begin the investigation. If you are using a Pocket PC that will not be synchronizing to a desktop/notebook you will only need to install the Pendragon Forms Client application to your handheld device. For a complete list of PDA's and Pocket PC's that will operate with Pendragon Forms, go to: http://www.pendragonsoftware.com/hardware.html. Follow the instructions below to install the software:
To Install the Pendragon Forms Client Application Software:
Pendragon Forms Enterprise Edition is designed for Microsoft Internet Explorer version 4.0 and higher.
For computer laptops and PDAs the following file should be installed on your laptop:
Download the full 3MB client software package that includes desktop conduit software and Palm OS client software here:
pifclient.exe.zip
For Pocket PCs not synchronizing to a desktop/notebook download the following cab file directly to the handheld device:
